Crossroads is much more than physical therapy. When you first come in The evaluation you receive is exhaustive and definitive. All of their therapists are excellent. They use a number of different therapies, like manuel therapy, and cranial and sacrel therapy, to achieve the best healing and movement of the body, that is possible. They are a great place to go, BEFORE you hit the surgeons circuit, as well as after. They also have a cross-fit program. I am commenting on the CrossFit classes that are also available at CPT. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the classes and the instructors are. I am a beginner as far as the level of intensity and form in exercise. But doing what I am doing is trickling into the other areas of life that needed a change. And I thank God (unashamedly) for the connection to CPT. It is a gift.

The staff are all amazingly gifted and loving! Steve (owner) and family are wonderful people. I've enjoyed 100% relief from each craniosacral session I have had there. So blessed to have CrossRoads close by. All my referrals have been very pleased with their treatments. Glad to give a glowing review.
