Had my dog having a seizure and we called them after spending lots of money and they were rude and didn’t care if my dog lived or died and only cared about going home. If you care for your pet DO NOT use the place they only care for money they can make on you and are terrible customer service. In my opinion should not be allowed to practice.
RecommendedThank you Bonnie for the best groom our dog has had since we have had him! Our 2 1/2 year old Golden Doodle has a very thick coat. For several reasons, we decided to try Bonnie. I had read a couple of recommendations about her. She is caring and knows what she’s talking about. I didn’t get to meet her but she called me to discuss the groom before and after with me. It makes me happy to know he is in such good hands. He looked Great!
My sweet Lucy Girl has been to the doctor multiple times since her epilepsy diagnosis in May. EVERY SINGLE TIME that we visit Crossroads we feel VERY special and VERY important. Dr. Doerr and Dr. Caslowe are so skilled and so compassionate. At today’s visit I was SO HAPPY to see how much Jaime loves my girl too and laid in the floor to hug on her. Makes a Mama feel like she’s doing the absolute best for her pup! LOVE every single person on staff here.

I absolutely love and appreciate Crossroads! They are such kind and amazing people!! They are the only vet that ALL of my dogs LOVE going to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you guys for taking such great care of my pups
The Doctors and Staff at Crossroads Pet Professionals are absolutely the best. We have been taking our dogs to this wonderful facility for over 10 years. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Crossroads is an all around great facility for animals. Our dogs get so excited when we pull into the parking lot!
