My dog had a blood test on May 28, 2019. I was charged 722.00$. I ha e called 3 times and no one can give me any feedback as to the results of these tests. It has been 10 days and I have not heard from them. I was naturally vexed and annoyed and those who answered the phone were rude and discourteous. My wife and I were loyal customers to Crossroad Pet Hospital for many years. They made a mistake with one of our dogs refill medication a while back that caused up to be up all night. we were very upset. Instead of apologizing and acting in a professional manner, a Ms Mitchell was very rude and offered to transfer our files to a different facility. A Terrific place for your animal Dr. Mitchell is great, very caring as is all of his staff. The cleanliness of the place stands out each time I visit. I had to board my cat for a week and he was very happy, healthy, well adjusted for a cat! I would highly recommend this pet clinic!
Love the care my cats get I have been taking my cats here for over ten years. I started at their previous location and moved with them when they opened a new office.
Terrific Vet and Pet Boarding I have lived in the area for three years and Dr. Mitchell and his staff have cared for my cats when they have been ill and have also housed them when I had to be out of town. My cats seem really like going there and the staff is always attentive to them. I have and will continue to recommend Crossroads to friends and neighbors.
Friendly and Experienced I chose Crossroads based on their location, and word of mouth. I found everyone there very friendly and my cat received a very thorough examination. Their love for animals definitely shows!
