I am sending this to let you know that Palmer Drive Apartments have been violation of the City of New Brighton ordinance concerning keeping the side walks clear. What it says is that the following day they have from 8:00 am to 12:00pm to clean off the sidewalks which they never do. but threaten the residence that they HAVE to have their cars cleaned off by 10:00 am or face a violation of their lease.
