No issues staying there for a couple years I liked the deck in the back and a big clean painted basement for storage and big master bedroom, Karen was nice and I got security back after moving out of state, would definitely rent again from there
“Smoke Free” is listed on several websites, but this is untrue. It is also stated in the lease agreement, but it is not enforced by the current property manager. There is also a paragraph pertaining to loud noises, but this too is not enforced. I think potential renters, especially those with children and health issues, should know that these apartments are not smoke free.
