If I could give a zero I would have. I called made myself and my daughter an appointment for cleaning. Of course when I called to make the appointment I was asked the reason and I said cleaning. I get to the office as a new patient ( which they knew) and I'm filing out forms that say I agree to X-rays medicine exam so I didn't sign that form at which point I was told by the office manager it was required in order for me to have my cleaning. If I could submit zero stars I would!!!! I was a patient at this office back in February 2015. I needed a dental home and choose this office. Services that was provided was an exam, and a bridge. I was in dying need of a cleaning but was told I needed a deep tissue cleaning which sounded odd to me because I take care of my teeth and i was only a few months late on my routine clean. My first set of denture implants with Crossroads of America was perfect. I bragged about the quality of the implants, the cost and level of professionalism received. The second time around I decided to go for porcelain and my nightmare began. I was constantly in and out of the clinic due to poor fittings and being told constantly that adjustments needed to be made.
