Hands down the best music store in the area! They had everything I needed and more, all at great prices. The employees were super helpful and couldn’t be nicer. This is the place to go in buffalo!
DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM I return my instrument in February 2023 This place continuously still charges me every month. I took it up with their customer care through music and arts. They said it was no longer going to happen that my account was closed yet. I still keep getting them to take out money from my account. This place is a scam do not come here. Had a basic acoustic guitar tune up. They took their time to make my guitar look/sound great.
He opened his store just to let me test something. Very awesome and helpful
Returned a trumpet, 2 months later they are still charging my credit card for the rental. I've emailed several times and no one does anything. I've had to waste a lot of time with my credit card company on the phone. Crossroads is awful for instrument rental.
