Storing with them was an easy process and enjoyed our business with them in the beginning. During the last month storing with them our storage unit got robbed. Some person cut our lock in half and as far as I know the owners didn’t do anything but reached out to me. I simply asked to owners since it was our last month storing with them and our storage wasn’t safely stored if we could our last months of rent back and they said no.
