Cannot get anyone on a phone call. Blood lab has not been able to “find” a vein on two occasions after 3-4 sticks. I walks outs. Need to cancel an appointment but phone call cuts off after I press “1” so how does a patient communicate?

My mother has been waiting on test results for 3 months. The office staff is very incompetent and DOES NOT CARE. My mother's results are just waiting around somewhere and they won't return her calls to tell her the results. Patients could be dying because they aren't getting their results to be able to address any issues. We have called and called and we have went to the office for these results. They blow you off and come up with some different excuse everytime.

They are the worst place ever. My husband has been trying to get his blood pressure medicine for three weeks since his appointment. They said they were calling them in and never did. He still doesn’t have his medicine. Thank goodness the pharmacy gave him a few pills until we can get them to answer the phone. They do not return calls either.

Great doctor but a terrible front office staff. They constantly have attitudes like you are bothering them when you have questions or want something explained. Witnessed while I was standing at the front desk, they put someone on hold and then proceeded to talk bad about the caller, loud enough the entire waiting room could hear them. Only go here if you want a doctor who can’t even take the time to look into medical records sent to them or lackadaisical care. I saw Dr. Johnson at this facility, hoping to find competent care, as well as someone able to help me with my complex medical conditions. Instead, I’ve wasted time waiting for appointments that seemingly amount to nothing. His office is unable to assist with finding doctors who take my insurance with any referrals he places, so the referrals lead no where. And, if any medication prescribed needs pre... read more
