My negative review is for the administration side of this practice, not for my provider, Lauren Matthews. I was on FMLA/Disability, and Metlife had requested via fax my office notes/continuation of care notes for specific dates in order to continue my disabilitybenefits. The requests have been ignored/not processed, and I was in danger of losing my FMLA/disability case. You go in and you are there for hours. Actual HOURS. I have to work for a living, I don't have that long to wait. They need to get moving and stay moving.
They no longer do walk ins. They need to take this off their website. Also door and signs within building point to walk-in clinic. Driving to location and being told no longer do walk-ins is aggravating. Poor communication, and advertising.
Run from this place and find a real provider that actually cares about healthcare and patients. Impossible to communicate with (all communication runs through a poorly designed Healow app). Send messages, get ignored. Send a second message and get a notice not to bother them again. Have prescriptions, expect them not to be refilled until you are out and wait weeks for them ignoring messages while you miss dosages.
