Our new maintenance man is very efficient and reliable. He and the manager are always there to take care of problems immediately. You constantly raise the rent and we’ve been promised to have our parking lot paved for years now, all that’s been done is patchwork. It’s worse than ever! Are we ever getting the parking lot and road fixed? I love living here but is anything going to be done from corporate on the parking lot. The drains do not even drain properly on the road.
Difficult to find addresses. Only the side of the buildings are marked. No unit direction signs.
A very quiet and friendly neighborhood. I personally have never had any issues with the neighbors. Clean and well kept up neighborhood. Would recommend it to anyone.
I have seen 3 negative reviews here from many years ago.Well as a resident I can tell you that those reviews must of been written by past residents with a grudge to bear since I have been here for over 3 years and have experienced NOTHING of that.Leah and everyone else here on the staff are nothing but good people and if something needs to be repaired in your unit,for any reason,they fix it almost immediately.As for the units themselves,I have seen none better.I really like how big the rooms are and how much storage there is... read more
