Some of the people that work there are not very helpful plus are rude. Complaining about a vehicle that is an eye sore and has the license plate expired for 4-6 months and still sits in the driveway without having it moved off the property is quite ridiculous. Having an animal living at the property for awhile and still not removed when clearly in the lease it states no pets, is ridiculous. Get on the ball and start doing your jobs. This place is awful. Rented through them for 4 years. Cindy is quite simply just rude. She cuts you off when you are talking and no one there knows any of the rules or regulations of the company. They charged me for so many things including the removal of a dresser I had sitting at the curb for trash pickup. Michelle (one of the employees) told me that Akron Ohio trash doesn't pick up big items, I had to take a screenshot of the trash pickup guidelines and send them to her to get my money back.
