Very unsatisfied and unprofessional. They tried charging me a chargeback for a plumber they hired who was dishonest.

My experience with Crossroads Management Ltd. has been extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism displayed by the company is far below what residents should expect from a strata management team. Communication has been consistently poor, and interactions often feel dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking in basic courtesy. Not suprised that every response given to a negative review is completely unhelpful and generalized. In my experience with this company they are focused on doing less than the absolute minimum. The only thing they are good at is excusing their poor performance. Ending up talking to the GM about an issue and it is abundantly clear the lack of leadership and responsibility comes from the top down.. definitely avoid.
