Stopped sending communications, no meeting minutes, no response to emails. No calls returned. I’ve been emailing about repairs for years. Had to call the fire department to get them to threaten to issue a fine to get hallway lights replaced after informing our PM for almost a year.

Jo Sandhu was the absolute worst building manager I have ever heard of. My family never got to experience quiet enjoyment in one of the buildings he "managed." I made multiple of attempts to communicate with him over months, as did my landlord. The landlord tried to deal with it by communicating to the Tennant's making the absurd amount of noise but because they were not his Tennant's there was only so much he could do. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the crossroads strata management team at our building. Communication is poor; they rarely respond to emails or phone calls, and when they do, it's always a vague or delayed answer. The management team seems completely disorganized, which results in unnecessary delays for important repairs and issues that affect residents, like maintenance of common areas or resolving complaints.
