Property manager is not responsive, has attitude problem, tries to boss around owners, does not adhere to role as agent. Do not recommend.
I would have better luck trying to get though and talk to the president than getting a response from these guys.
Unwilling to provide accommodations under the BC Human Rights Code. Repeated harassment over small issues, inconsistent and unfair communication. It feels like constant targeting. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair, professional, or reasonable property management.
