Not suprised that every response given to a negative review is completely unhelpful and generalized. In my experience with this company they are focused on doing less than the absolute minimum. The only thing they are good at is excusing their poor performance. Ending up talking to the GM about an issue and it is abundantly clear the lack of leadership and responsibility comes from the top down.. definitely avoid.
Crossroads Management has been an outstanding company to work with as the management team for our strata. Their communication has been excellent, and they are consistently responsive, attentive, and professional. Surprised about lots of negative reviews, we have absolutely different experience. We had a problem with leak from unit above deck. Everything was fixed professionally in timely manner. Jo Sandhu was really helpful and professional.
I've had the plesure of dealing with Derrin Geisheimer this past year and I can tell you I've never come across such a reliable and consistent Strata manager. He responds on the same day or within 24 hours, never ignores you with follow up questions like other managers do and ensures your concerns are thoroughly addressed and doesn't just fob you off.
