Very unprofessional and rude.
Jo Sandhu was the absolute worst building manager I have ever heard of. My family never got to experience quiet enjoyment in one of the buildings he "managed." I made multiple of attempts to communicate with him over months, as did my landlord. The landlord tried to deal with it by communicating to the Tennant's making the absurd amount of noise but because they were not his Tennant's there was only so much he could do. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the crossroads strata management team at our building. Communication is poor; they rarely respond to emails or phone calls, and when they do, it's always a vague or delayed answer. The management team seems completely disorganized, which results in unnecessary delays for important repairs and issues that affect residents, like maintenance of common areas or resolving complaints.
They do an excellent job managing our condo building. Linda Rea is such a great person to have helping us out !
The staff here are either incompetent or lazy. When selling my condo my realtor received THREE Form B’s dated the same day, all with different information on them. They didn’t even transcribe the correct strata fees onto the form! I received letters from the Property Manager full of inaccurate information & not in line with the Strata Property Act; when confronted he would argue & continue to give false information that only stopped when I suggested seeking a resolution through the CRT.
