I was urgently in need of some legal documents. However, I couldn't access them through the web site. Diane & kim were amazing. Kim patiently guided me through the entire process & assured me that my documents will be ready on time. Kim & Diane were professional, friendly & provided me with exceptional customer service. Again thanks for an outstanding service.
Stopped sending communications, no meeting minutes, no response to emails. No calls returned. I’ve been emailing about repairs for years. Had to call the fire department to get them to threaten to issue a fine to get hallway lights replaced after informing our PM for almost a year.
There is a reason they have a 2.1 rating try to not use them , worst experience ever !!!
