My Mom and Grandma chose Crossroads Hospice when my grandpa needed it years ago so after my mom passed unexpectantly and I was caring for my grandma, it was a no brainer. Crossroads Hopice of Warrensburg Missouri is the worst Hospice care I have ever experience. During the final hours of my Aunt's life I witnessed the unprofessional rude uncaring behavior of 2 different Crossroads Hopice Nurses. Instead of being accommodating and showing compassion my family and I experienced their negligence.
This team took care of my dad in his final two weeks and I cannot imagine doing this without them. He was able to spend his final weeks chilling at home with the doggies, out of pain. The team was incredibly responsive, proactive, thorough and kind. I can't believe how a single company could fill an entire care team with such one-in-a-million finds.
