The moment my father arrived at Crossroads, I felt an immense sense of relief knowing he was finally in a safe, comforting place after a hellish chain of hospitalizations. The staff at Crossroads were absolute angels, amazingly attentive and empathetic, and though we were there less than 24 hours in the end, the care was exemplary. During the time our beloved Val stayed in Crossroads the staff treated her with such loving and respectful care that they made a difficult situation somewhat easier to bear. The staff all deserve and have our highest praise and repect. Thank you, again.
