I wish we had used Crossroads for the last 6 months instead of another hospice (that also begins with a "C"). We only had Crossroads for about 24 hours as inpatient hospice in the hospital before dad passed away, but I was very impressed. They knew he was fragile and immediately activated their "Even More Care" program to have one of their team in the room with him at all times until he passed.
