Choosing hospice for your mom will never be an easy choice, but we found Crossroads to be a great help for our mom. She had heart failure & was given 1-2 days to live - 5 years ago :) She was a tough old bird as she liked to say! We found the nursing staff to be kind & caring, our “bath lady” was THE BEST - we miss her already. What a truly horrible experience. My father died with no quality of life and no love and compassion from this company. Between the bed sores incompetent administration it truly is just mind blowing they would treat people this way. To top it off it is now almost 30 days since my dad passed away and I can't get hospice to sign off on the death certificate. Shame on you people I hope karma find you
