Al Jones went above and beyond to handle the service of my Dark Horse, which sadly arrived from the factory with some defects. He almost single-handedly mended my feelings of handing over my car to a dealer for service after years of my concerns being mistreated and ignored.

They do not provide you with actual paperwork of your financial paperwork that you sign They Added 2 grand over the window sticker price When we were supposed to get 2 thousand off added about 10 thousand dollars worth of extended warranties that we were never asked if we wanted You have to download the financing paperwork on your ford app to see clearly what they charged you
