This place has absolutely no concept of customer service. I had to buy a part from here. The parts manager thinks that he owns the Whole dealership. And I honestly think he’s right because when I tried to report him to his boss, I haven’t gotten any answers. It seems like the boss is giving them too much power. Even if he gets a complaint, he doesn’t really care. So, if you are going to do Business with Ford of Wake Forest, I guess you know that you will not get any good customer service. Only attitude.
