Follow up on crooked cross roads ford damage to my 2020 ford explorer differential and axles. I had to have both axles and differential at a cost of $1500.due to their negligence and poor service when they replaced an axle seal and damaged the axle and differential when installing the axle. The service records mysteriously disappeared from the vehicle while in for diagnostics.If you need a new vehicle or service I recommend you go to a reputable dealer
They are friendly but they drag their feet on recall I put my car in 4 to 5 weeks ago when it should only take them 2 weeks to fix a recall.... I really, really need my car and this is unacceptable.
Just perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford's service department. They're fast, always on time and very reasonably priced.
