If I could pick between a battle to the death with a lion or taking my vehicle to get serviced at this ford, I’m taking the lion any day of the week! I’d rather wake up and walk to the bathroom barefoot on nails every day than deal with the service center. I would rather be required to walk to work on my hands doing a handstand (15 miles away) every single day than deal one second with this ford dealership. Do yourself a favor, save the hassle TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
I'm going to speak on the service side of this Ford dealer, since I have interaction with the sales side. PLEASEEEEEEE DO NOT TAKE your car/truck here. They have had my 2019 ford f150 raptor FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS, 0 progress has been made on the truck. BOUGHT THE WRONG ENGINE... which if you know trucks, the f150 raptor has had the same 3.5L twin turbo for almost 10 years. They never answer the phone if you call.
