I went in not intending to buy, just to look. I drove away on May 12, 2016 with a brand new 2016 Ford Escape. The service department is off the chain. Need service? Ask for Robert Murphy, he's the best.
Service Dept. staff are very nice. However the mechanics dont fully fix or identifies all problems. With a little more training they could be a the top rated ford dealer and service in the triad. I will still use them just watch what we use them for.
