Have had a "check slip diff" light go on and off for months on my 2023 Expedition. I'd call and make an appointment, have to wait weeks, only for it to turn off. Was told they would "do nothing" if the light wasn't on despite the same light being in my My Ford history over and over again. Tried to make an appointment this week because light was on. I purchased a Ford Lightning from Crossroads Ford last month and couldn’t be happier! Besides the vehicle being amazing, everyone there was great. Coming from out of state, they even helped me with my dogs. My salesman Rod Hunter was awesome, he worked with me on getting a great deal. I was looking at the exact same truck at six other dealerships but decided to go with them. I strongly recommend Crossroads!
We will never go to this Ford dealership again. The service is terrible — when you buy a car, they don’t tell you all the important details, and later they refuse to fix things. The customer service is awful. The Ford dealership in the south is much better — I regret not taking the time to go there instead
Worst parts department I’ve ever been to. Called ahead for a paint pen and drove 50 minutes to get it and when I arrived they said they did not have it. The middle aged employee with the glasses had the worst attitude I have seen at a business. Completely unhelpful.
Antonio in the service department was amazing! He went above and beyond for me. When I needed a courtesy car he worked to get me one. He kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. When I returned the courtesy car I left something of value and he was able to get it back to me timely!! Thank you Antonio for making my experience great!!
