Overall great experience. They did what another dealer couldn't. I was working with 3 different Ford Dealers. I knew I wanted to go for Electric for the rebates but, didn't know if I wanted to Mach E or Lightning F150. I ended up going with the Lightning. Only thing is the truck had a damaged windshield, and a scratch on it but, they are taking care of it. Ford is offering so many great lease and finance deals, and rebates on their vehicles. Went to Crossroads Ford Quick Lane on Monday 12/12 for a oil change and tire rotation for my wife's 2021 Ford Edge. I got there early (6:45a) and I was 1st in line (they open at 7:30a). I was 1st in the door and my vehicle was finished before 8:15. The staff was professional, the waiting room was clean, has plenty of seating, and the had complimentary snacks. Had an issue with ambient temperature sensor which caused the check engine light to come on. Made an appointment with John at truck service. Was in and out in a hour with truck repair complete
