Crossroads mobile service is the way to go. Come to you, no waiting to get your vehicle serviced. Thomas does a great job.
Unfortunately didn't end up purchasing the Ford Escape (couldn't get the numbers in a good spot), but can't speak highly enough of Matt Mayes. Worked with me over a distance to try and find a way to make it work, and was super professional throughout. One of the better interactions I've had with a car dealership.

The staff was courteous enough and the work was satisfactory. My regret is that Crossroads Ford has chosen to penalize its customers by demanding the customer pay the processing fee for credit card payments on services. This is absurd and selfish on the part of management. I will choose to use other service providers in the future.
