The worst, most incompetent, car dealership and service department ever. How many car delearships can you go into to to buy a car and the sales staff ignores you? How about being a (formerly) loyal Ford service customer...you take your car in for it's regular service and they charge you $70 to replace a single spring on the fuel door that they tell me is a factory defect?!
