This dealership has absolutely ruined my car and has caused me severe issues for the past several months. I took my car in for warranty work in August I did not get the car back for several months - which they did give me a loaner car in the meantime because it was for warranty work. Wow! I wish I lived near Fayetteville, North Carolina so I could always get my car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Dunn-Benson. Those guys have a heart! We broke down initially on I-95 on a trip from Florida to Delaware, and another Ford dealership replaced an upper radiator hose. Then we broke down again in Fayetteville and had to get our Ford Flex towed to Crossroads in the wee hours.
