Great communication trying to purchase a new, hard to find car and configuration. Internet sales lead - we knew what we wanted - a heritage Bronco. Tracy was great from internet inquiry to sale. Not the usual run around. She listened to us and made the deal happen. Dan, the finance manger was great as well. While we didn’t use their services, Dan was pleasant and helped us get on our way with little fuss. I will do business with Crossroads Ford again, but would ask for Tracy and Dan.
Very friendly and efficient service!! I called over the weekend for information on a used vehicle. The person I spoke with said that the vehicle was not ready yet and said she would contact us as soon as she knew when it would be available. She kept her word and contacted us by 9 am on Monday morning. We scheduled an appointment for that evening and left with the truck 2 hours later. The whole process was smooth and the service was excellent! We are very happy with our purchase!!
