Even though I moved, I still drive from 45 mins away to see Dr. Gioscia. I appreciate how detailed and careful Dr. Gioscia is with my exam/fitting every year, and he personally checks to make sure my glasses and contacts fit right. I saw negative reviews here, perhaps a thorough, meticulous, and conscientious approach isn't for everyone?
Dr. Gioscia and his receptionist at Crossroads Family Eye Care in Mansfield CT are a joke! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! POOR CARE! I give them negative stars! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. She wasn't sure how to handle my vision insurance so her and I had a conference call with my insurance company. They walked her through everything she needed to do as far as what my insurance covered and how she should put in tbe claim.
