I’ve been here since August 2024! After the last lady left! Monica has been amazing to me!!! My apartment never had issues. And she gets things done pretty quick. I love her! Hopefully she stays for the long run! She really has been a blessing to the community
Mold and foundation problems, there's not a lot of spaces to park your car. I move out 12-3-2017 had to file a law suit to get my deposit back, just received it in 2-14-2018 apartments are not worth the market value,
Very disappointed in the care that they give to these apartments. Ive been having a constant problem with roaches sense ive moved in these apartments 6months ago, also leaks in corner on walls ,window seals so when it rains i got water all over the living-dining area .Some holes from there remodeling contractors that don’t take there time to do it right ,they busted my Internal cable and cable company back charged me to come back install cable again ,and other water leaks from previous problems they haven’t addressed ,you tr... read more
It’s Saturday and it’s 106 outside. We pay rent so we expect that the pool is open but no. It’s closed, on a Saturday, the pool it’s clean and running but it’s closed!!! CLOSED! Trash. And don’t forget, roach infestation!
