They didn't get all stains out, didn't discuss with me. Acted like they were in a hurry.
What I asked to have done wasn't done. I took a truck in yesterday to have it detailed and told them to make sure they got the back inside box and rear bumper, and when I got home found that neither of them had been touched. Called them and they said they would be out yesterday to fix the mistake and never showed up. Poor workmanship!
I took my van in yesterday in TERRIBLE shape! I live on a farm - the interior LOOKED like the BARN! When I picked it up it looked brand new! I am so happy! I was super impressed with the service and the reasonable cost! Thanks AGAIN!
So impressed with crossroads, my car was in terrible shape and they fixed it up with no additional costs! (If you saw my car I was expecting them to call and say it’s too much LOL) I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks again!
