My experience as a new patient at Crossroads Dentistry came down to a repeated lack of respect for my time and a miserable experience in the chair on top of it. Dr. Fleming is an excellent dentist. I switched to Crossroads Dentistry after my prior denist put 12 messed up fillings in my teeth. Dr. Fleming takes extra time to ensure fillings are of a similar shape your tooth's original structure. He and his staff are all genuinely caring individuals who take their role in your care seriously. They go out of their way to ensure you will be billed fairly by your dental insurance company. I’ve been a patient at Crossroads Dentistry for over 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Fleming and his team are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable. My cleanings are always thorough, and I leave knowing my teeth are in great hands. The office is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and they truly care about their patients’ long-term dental health.
