Dr. Fleming is an excellent dentist. I switched to Crossroads Dentistry after my prior denist put 12 messed up fillings in my teeth. Dr. Fleming takes extra time to ensure fillings are of a similar shape your tooth's original structure. He and his staff are all genuinely caring individuals who take their role in your care seriously. They go out of their way to ensure you will be billed fairly by your dental insurance company. I’ve been a patient at Crossroads Dentistry for over 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Fleming and his team are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable. My cleanings are always thorough, and I leave knowing my teeth are in great hands. The office is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and they truly care about their patients’ long-term dental health. After more than a decade of consistent, excellent care, I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else!

I’ve been going to Crossroads Dentistry for approximately 8 years using my dental insurance. The Office always makes a six month appointment before you leave the office. I went for my 6 months cleaning and x-rays afterwards they file my insurance. Then in a few weeks cancels my next 6 months appointment and tells me I’m out of network and now owe for the cleaning and X-rays $284.50. I had a recurring appointment today for a routine cleaning. Since I do not have insurance, I was prepared to pay out of pocket and sign a waiver like I had done the previous two times. However, after arriving, the receptionist explained that I couldn't do my cleaning today unless I had an exam. OK, no biggie until they tried to force me to pay the $185 before the exam and cleaning. Haven’t been to a dentist in years and have been a bit nervous about going because I knew my teeth weren’t the best but the staff were very friendly and did an amazing job of getting me in ASAP working with my schedule. From the moment I stepped in to the time of departure it was a 10/10 experience.
