Update: I saw Gretchen Jones in 2016. She was very thorough in her evaluations and professional. I have altered my review as the new regulations during the Covid-19 pandemic has affected many businesses. The contact issues mentioned below has been resolved and was a result of technical difficulties. Massive difficulties with this counselor. First she said the counseling sessions were covered by insurance. Then she said she couldn’t get approval from insurance. Finally she didn’t provide billing statements when requested. Very unprofessional in all business aspects. Poor communication skills and bad billing practices.
