More of an internet lounge than a coffee shop – This review is for the Morris St. Crossroads location... Multiple times I've experienced strange encounters with a certain rotund and hairless manager there, whereupon it seems he attempts to be as fake and smiley as possible. The kids working there seem to only be enjoying themselves once he is gone, and MOST IMPORTANTLY; the coffee is sub-par ! Crossroads is coffee and more – Crossroads Is coffee! Can't think of a better coffee shop in th United States of America than Crossroads. Both shops-Forest hill and Morris- are excellent, Will and Olivia went to Costa Rica to learn how to be wonderful baristas! What they make, I drink! People with Disabilities NOT Welcome – I visited the FAN location on N. Morris today and learned that the owners have a policy of allowing anyone to park in the only handicap parking spot when the lot is busy. This leaves no where for people with disabilities to park who need additional space and a level parking space. When I questioned a patron who was in the process of parking illegally in the ONLY handicap spot, I was told to mind my own business. More Character than the standard coffee shop – Never bad service - friendly faces greet you as you walk in the door and the coffee/tea is always spot on. So much more to offer than other coffee shops. Keep up the great work.

Great Hip Neighborhood Coffee Shop – I love coming to this coffee shop, it really reminds you what places like Starbucks lack. The staff is incredibly friendly, there is a sense of local culture and neighborhood charm. The ambience is ecletic and comforting (doesn't have cookie cutter corporate feel).
