I'll start from the medical point of view. Mark is very professional and knows what he's doing. He takes his time with every patient and treatment. From a personal point of view, Mark is very friendly and energetic all the time. He greets every person that walks through the door by name and you feel like he's a close friend or relative that you haven't seen in a while.
