On my way to a new and improved me! Thank you Dr Josh and team I am increasing my flexibility in my hip and neck more after each visit and on my way to healthier me after just three weeks. Our 5 year old has only been going a few weeks but so far we’ve had the BEST experience. Master Kim and family/teachers have been so great with getting my son to engage and get excited about taekwondo. Highly recommend!!
