I was a patient there in Senior Care! It was fabulous. Structured, caring nurses, very clean, great food, and fabulous activities! Was it perfect? Absolutely not!! I know personally of 2 bad eggs who were fired. I would absolutely recommend this facility! I love me some Cynthia Still!!

TRANSPORTATION for this facility is TERRIBLE! NEVER on time! NEVER consistent! Tried so many times to organize a specific time since I have a school aged kid, but to no avail have they complied! It’s more stress then it’s worth!

I was placed in the senior facility because I'm on Medicare. I'm on Medicare because I'm disabled. I have bipolar disorder, which was the reason for my hospitalization. They did not move me to the other side when they realized their error. I spent over month with bunch of patients who were unable to speak or hear me. Everyone was in a wheelchair or Jerry chair except me. There was no therapy that applied to my illness. It was very difficult to get them to allow me to go outside. The nurses and staff are for the most part really nice and seem to be in it for helping people and not just for money. Its a stabilization unit so its more for medicine and keeping your loved one safe rather than a place for counseling. I felt a bit better after being there and was satisfied with the level of care. My biggest complaint is that the building is kind of falling apart. From the bathroom tiles, to the ceiling tiles, to broken theater chairs, bugs everywhere, chipping paint on the walls, absolutely inedible food, ... read more
