Columbia City branch is awesome, very helpful when we bought our new house, even the real estate agents in our area love working with them. Our kids are in the process of finding a home to purchase and we recommended Crossroads in CC to them because we knew we could trust them t take care of oour kids.
Great service from the tellers in Syracuse they are like my moms, but I've had multiple occasions of money coming up missing out of our account. The last time was last night of losing almost a 5 digit number from our account. Going from positive to negative very fast freaking my family out just to hear, "sorry it's our fault we messed up mixing things up." Last straw sorry but I'm finding somewhere else to bank.
The Girls at Syracuse are so sweet and friendly every time I visit ... Dawn Borrell Griffith you always have a smile for everyone who walks in the door :)
