I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life and I've been to war the women at the branch in North Manchester look down their noses at you and are very snotty and rude if that's how they treat people in real life and they obviously don't have very many friends I can't believe that I actually opened a bank account and they charged me $50 I paid to get treated disrespectfully
RecommendedI use the offices in Columbia City and South Whitley. They have a competent and friendly staff providing that old 'home town bank' feeling where you are a valued customer and not just 'a bank account number'.
I highly recommend the Wabash location and the South Whitley one. I go to the one in Columbia City (close to home) more than any other one, but they have refused more than once to cash a check through my job that I have had for almost 18 years. They were rude more than one occasion as well. If it wasn't from the help of the Wabash bank, I would have changed banks. Thank you Wabash for taking care of it. They cashed it for me.🙂( I have been with the same bank for over 25 years.)
We primarily use the South Whitley branch and I just love our bank! Everyone is friendly and so easy to work with. Have never had any issues!
