Had some service work done, gentleman who assisted was courteous and moved quickly to resolve my problem.
We just bought an infinity Q60 from crossroads infinity on capitol blvd. I have to say, it was the best experience we have ever had. No pressure, the salesman juan ortiz was willing to answer any question we had. The sales manager was super friendly. He made us feel comfortable with the sale also. He did everything he could to get us the best deal at a great price. I will be looking to crossroads for future purchases, and letting my friends know how great this experience was.
This collection of Ford dealerships has always been helpful, and always when I've needed them to be. I rank them highly when it comes to their quality of service.
