I got a new car last year and I was looking for somewhere to do my yearly inspection, I found Crossroads Exxon in Cary NC. It's affordable and the owner Marcus is such a gentleman he and his team are very respectful and professional. Not only did they inspected my car they put air in my tires. I went back to them for an emergency that I created myself and Marcus was so kind and understanding, and of course he fixed the problem. This is my go-to place for any car issues. Thank you!
This was not my first visit to the Exxon at Crosdroads and Walnut Street and certainly will not be my last. I had great service car today, repair and new tires. I have never experienced such a robbery. I stopped by with two friends and asked if they could help me to put a screw on the bottom part at the front of the car that was loose. Owner said yes. It was so simple it didn’t take more than 5 minutes of their time. Worker came out with the piece screwed and said $10. But the person inside at the register said oh no it is going to be $40 plus tax. I am like WHAT?! Yes it is the labor… they simply took advantage of me a woman with an accent.
