Danny is BACK!! Danny is the service writer at Crossroad. He was gone for a while and the service went downhill rapidly. Now he is back and we are very happy. They have taken care of our 4 vehicles ever since they opened. Very competent mechanics.

for that price my car better fly when it comes out So, First off I would like to say that they've always been very nice and friendly whenever I go there. Recently my car had died, I'm thinking its probably the battery no big deal. The next morning i jump start it and take it to crossroads auto repair and it died on the way there. After looking at it they inform me I need a new Alternator and battery and i kind of expected that. The best ever I have been using Crossroads Auto for over two years. I posted a negative review on this one appointment I had, several months ago. I had the courage to return, trusting the great service I had always had before. Jim and his manager were attentive, taking responsibility, apologizing and giving me the service I had grown to trust in my relationship with Crossroads Auto in Troy, VA. They took care of me promptly, which has always happened at Crossroads Auto. These guys are the best!

Quick service at a reasonable price Thank you guys for getting my van fixed so quickly on my way out of town for vacation. You really are lifesavers! Your service, as always, was completely professional and your prices were fair but what I find most appealing is how pleasant the whole experience is at your repair facility. I get to enjoy a good cup of FRESH coffee while my kids play in your play area. Gotta say....it's nice to come to a facility that has a quiet, comfortable waiting area with CLEAN BATHROOMS! Never again I had taken a few of our vehicles there in the past for various reasons. First and foremost was convenience. The garage is very close to home. Today, we took my son's car there to have it inspected. As I always do, I have the care a once-over to make sure everything was good and we dropped it off. A few hours later they called and said that the car had failed inspection. They said that the front brake's were ok, but the rotors were grooved and needed to be replaced. Service? I think not! My car was overheating back in February. I had NO IDEA about a Radiator or Coolant. The Service writer, Danny, explained everything to me and gave me a Donut too!! Needless to say, it went very smoothly and the Personal Service was outstanding. So, last week, my car began to make a "SKREETCH" sound coming from the engine area. Wow, and in THIS day and age?! I am so impressed with this auto repair company! I had been stupid enough to leave an electric cooler plugged in, draining my battery dead. After calling Crossroad Auto Repair and getting an answer on the first ring, I was told an employee would be at my vehicle to give me a jump. I was told there would be no charge. Whhatt? New People I used to take my car to crossroads auto repair but not after my last visit. They have hired a new service writer and she is not the greatest. She gave me a price on front brakes and I let them do the repair because I have never had any trouble out of them. I then decided to do a price check and found out that they are the most expensive in the area. They also used the cheapest brakes possible. Not what I expected at all I had a engine trouble light on because of bad performance that went a way but the light stayed on . I took my vehicle to Crossroads Auto Repair and talked with owner Jim Bogdan. He had a diagnostic done on my 2004 Cadillac CTS and recommended that I have the cylinder coil and plugs replaced and a complete flush done.
