I would give it a negative 5 if I could. The rent is ridiculous for such a shit hole. The staff is rude I had some maintenance issues and it took them over 6 months to even come out and fix my issues. When they did come out it was a joke. Now we are dealing with cockroaches not just little ones but huge ones and it stems from them allowing people to leave their trash on the ground.
