Mr Eddie is the absolute BEST maintenance tech ever !! I’ve been having multiple huge issues in my apartment at Crossroads. I actually broke down in front of him and he reassured me that he was gonna take care of it!! I was pleasantly surprised when I got home to see that not only did he install the washer and dryer he actually cleaned up the mess too !! Not many maintenance techs will do that !! Just that little kind gesture went a long way !!!! Mr Eddie is definitely an asset to your team !! He should be recognized!!
Where do I start? I have been living here for 5 months and it is a huge regret. They show you an apartment that looks nothing like the one you're moving into. They actually switched the apartment I was going to stay in because they claimed it was no longer ready for my move-in date. This apartment was not ready to be moved into. Walls and baseboards look horrible. They have cracks and stuff peeling. Even the ceiling looks to have had water damage and not been fixed properly. I want to begin by saying that Hollie was more than helpful when it came to the application process. I just recently (Friday the 1st) moved in after applying on the Monday before. Such a quick and easy process as long as you have everything you need to do so. I am very pleased with the apt that I got unseen until I got back to the States. Location is perfect for Metairie. I am looking forward to becoming a part of a Community like Crossroads Apts.
