The office manager never in the office your time says 9 to 6 I go at 930 no one there I’ve gone at 12 1 2 3 4 pm no one there how am I suppose to get my questions answered.

UPDATE: Maintenance/Management entered My Apt today (w/o My Permission) to fix a Window that was Broken by GUNFIRE on December 18th, 2020. I did Not give permission to Anyone to Access My Apt on March 31th, 2021 without at Least a 12hr Notice. This was Clearly NOT an Emergency situation where Access was Needed Immediately, since I've been waiting since Last Year for this Window to be Fixed. Yes!
