constant water shut offs with no warning. no hot water with no warning. roaches. no parking someone hit my car twice. trashy people hang clothes outside. different companies keep taking over. painting the outside isnt going to make this awful place any better. DO NOT RENT HERE! You can find way better places for the same price. trust me i just found a place and put in my notice today and get home to find no hot water and nobody said anything to the residents
RecommendedCrossroads is a great place to call home! The office staff is very patient, understanding, and kind. They have resident events every month and the neighbors become more like a community. It is an older building so of course things happen but the maintenance staff is great in taking care of things! Been here a year. I love it tbh. My biggest issue is faulty wiring in our apt that can’t seem to get fixed in our master bathroom and the entrance placements kinda suck but overall i like it and it’s affordable. I mean they aren’t luxurious apartments but they’re better than some places I’ve seen around

This place has gone to hell since Grey Star took over. They can't keep a steady maintenance staff so now it takes longer for work to get done. The water in the fountains are turned off. They now contain stagnant water that kills birds. I have had to report carcasses. I never have hot water. Now my rent is going up 20%. I am leaving when my contract is up, already warning my friends about Grey Star communities, gathering with other residents to complain about Grey Star, and will never enter another Grey Star community.
