Bought my dog here to be euthanized-- she's been a patient of Crossroads for about 4-5 years. Couldn't have had a worse visit. Obviously this is never going to be a good experience -- but you'd think they'd try to approach the situation with a little more compassion ? Tech and Dr were cold as ICE. As my dog laid there, just passed away, my inconsolable, crying wife curiously asks the DR why her eyes aren't closed. The DR coldly said... "this isn't Hollywood." We came in with our old pit this morning. The front staff was very kind, and a tech came out and very patiently listened to us and got some quick information about our visit. We were assisted by Danielle. She was kind, listened, engaged with our dog (I think he really loved her vibe!) she considered our concerns and asked questions. We were treated by Diana. Cold, uncaring, terrible. Staff very disinterested but always ready to collect money even while waiting to put down my 2 yr old puppy due to their negligence post surgery.

had a very disappointing experience at this emergency hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and annoyed, as if helping me and my dog was an inconvenience. The receptionist and technician were both rude, and the overall attitude felt cold and dismissive.
