I wanted to have faith in this place to be able to figure out what’s wrong with my pet, but it honestly just feels like they’re snake oil salesmen who are intentionally being vague with how they diagnose problems so that I’ll keep coming back to spend more money. It’s either that or pure incompetence due to lack of communication between doctors and staff, and the inability to clearly communicate to their clientele. This place is a cash grab they dont know what they are doing i brought my dog in be ause she kept getting sick from flea and hartworm meds witch i had to figure out myself because evertime they give it to her she get hives upset stomach and weak like i said i figured it out myself everytime i brought her up there they jus say give her a blam diet charge 200 for xrays charge for meds and exam fee so once i figured it out i asked to switch meds so they did and the new meds were wayyyyy worse i called back they say you can brin... read more
