The staff is both warm and professional. The hospital has an efficient system for moving clients from the front waiting room to the treatment rooms; I have never had to wait for long. Dr. Nelson is a skilled, compassionate vet and Dr. Odom is also excellent. Prices are about mid-range for the area, but they're well worth it. On top of that, they help find homes for homeless pets! Highly recommend!
