We LOVE Crossroads Animal Clinic!! Dr Marla Hendricks and her staff are amazing! They are so caring & loving towards the animals and also their owners. I have owned many dogs, & been to many vets in our town, & I am sad that I hadn’t found them sooner. We recently got a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, and she had received 1st round of shots from another vet, which rendered her crippled for two weeks. I just had my first visit here and it was amazing!!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that they really care about your pet and that you are not just a number. I am so impressed by such awesome service.
After calling three other vet offices today that were all booked, Crossroads told me to bring her and they would work in my sick puppy. They said I might have to wait awhile, which was fine. We were taken back right away. The vet tech and doctor were both so informative. I will be back!
the staff here along with Dr. Hendrick is AMAZING! they really make you and your fur baby feel comfortable and relieved. i’m more than happy with my visits here and I recommend them to EVERYONE. money has been tight and they completely understand that and have other options for at home care. i’m so thankfully i chose this place! 💗💗💗 my sweet boy isn’t done yet with his visits here but if anyone can help him, it’s them! they truly go above and beyond and you can tell they care more about the pets than the money.
Highly recommend! Dr Hendricks and the staff went above and beyond for my 150 pound pup! Kyro was so calm and comfortable. The staff and Dr Hendricks worked with me and discussed different options, they listened and I can never thank them enough for helping my baby. Thank you!! Thank you!!
Best clinic in Waco. They handle my loving but difficult dog with ease.
The ladies here are compassionate and very knowledgeable. They have a wonderful "bedside manner" with the animals. I have been bringing my cats here for about 10 years. 🐾❤️🐾
