I took my ��Ralph (potbelly pig) in to get neutered and his nails trimmed! I was really worried but he came out just great! The staff are really nice and the Dr explained everything before we got in there!!!! Ralph is feeling great this morning and doesn't seem to be in any kind of pain!!! Thank you so much for loving my ��Ralph as much as I do!
I love these people! They are so patient and kind. My first visit to Dr. Hines was several years ago when we came home very late one night and found our cat, Cinnamon had been hit by a car. He met at the clinic at midnight, looked her over and said he could save her. And he did! Broken jaw, broken leg but we had our sweet girl for many more years because he took such good care of her.
Very professional and caring. They go above and beyond at Crossroads.
