Not a good place to go they do not treat you right there

My daughter, who is diagnosed with severe mental illness is a current client.Her psychiatrist, crisis team is not helping and refusing to provide assistance to her Guardian when help is needed asap! Experiencing hard time with my husband reaching staff and communicating with them. wouldb't recommend this place to people with severe mental health problems, who in need of immediate help
The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enoug... read more
