When you walk in a store, say you want to buy a trailer, no one asks what your using it for, hell they don't even get out from behind their desk. Lack of Customer service sent me elsewhere.
Amazing service! After a horrific experience with U-Haul for a failed trailer hitch wiring install I was referred to Crossroad. The day I dropped my car off I got a call an hour later that it was all set and was just a bad connection. To think I could have saved myself so much time and aggravation by not going to U-Haul, but I am happy that it all worked out. I highly recommended Crossroad and will be going there for my future needs.
