Rich and I moved into Crossroad Towers January 2026. It was a difficult decision after owning our own our own home for 48 years. After meeting with the manager, Mary Plinta, we decided we were making the correct choice choosing Crossroad Towers. Mary is so pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive, she helped us throughout the entire process. I recently moved here and am so glad I did. Housekeeping, maintenance and management are the best. Nicole keeps the apartment hallways and foyers clean and neat and the clubhouse is spotless. Any maintenance issue is handled efficiently by Smiley and his knowledge/repair work is impressive. Mary goes above and beyond when handling any issues, questions or concerns that arise and is readily available to assist with any request you have. Overall it has been a great experience living here.
Crossword Towers is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful and Mary, Nicole and Smiley handle requests immediately. Would not consider living anywhere else. Love it here!!
I’ve moved into Crossroad Towers in 2019 and can’t think of a better place to live. We have so many great features with the pool, fitness room and a great community. The staff is always available- Mary goes above and beyond and Smiley handles all our maintenance issues timely and with a smile. The buildings are kept so clean and well maintained. We have been here for almost 6 months and everything has been just as we had hoped. Mary and the girls at the office are always willing to help out with anything they can.We had very minor maintenance issues 2 times and Smiley was here to fix them almost immediately. Everyone in the community that we have met has been very friendly. Holiday events and food trucks are just two of the special things that occur here at Crossroads.My husband wishes we had done this 5 years ago.
