We moved in 2 months ago and very glad we did. Mary was very helpful getting us in. Have not had any maintenance issue but the grounds are kept so neat and clean. Cleaning staff does excellent job of keeping buildings spotless. Would highly recommend this complex. All neighbors are very friendly!!!
Rich and I moved into Crossroad Towers January 2026. It was a difficult decision after owning our own our own home for 48 years. After meeting with the manager, Mary Plinta, we decided we were making the correct choice choosing Crossroad Towers. Mary is so pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive, she helped us throughout the entire process. I recently moved here and am so glad I did. Housekeeping, maintenance and management are the best. Nicole keeps the apartment hallways and foyers clean and neat and the clubhouse is spotless. Any maintenance issue is handled efficiently by Smiley and his knowledge/repair work is impressive. Mary goes above and beyond when handling any issues, questions or concerns that arise and is readily available to assist with any request you have. Overall it has been a great experience living here.
