This message pertains to the staff in Baldwin. Last week I asked Smiley to check a sink spray nossel that had a small leak. He immediately got the equipment he needed and came to fix the problem. My wife and I lived here for 2 years after relocating from another city, and we had a very positive experience. The apartments themselves are very nice and the area feels safe. The building we lived in is a close knit community and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Mary, the property manager, is professional, accommodating, and keeps the complex running very smoothly. I just want to say I have nothing but good to say about Mary and Smiley. They both do an excellent job and are very helpful. I don't know Nicole yet but I understand she does a great job.
The team here is amazing. Mary is like a mother hen to us. So caring! Smiley can do, and does anything. Always eager to help. And a Nicole is new but fitting in nicely. Eager to learn. I love this place because of these people.
Crossroads is the nicest place around! The staff is very responsive and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.
